Research & Investment Disclaimer
Use this research as a starting point. Obtain the current FDD, verify important figures and conduct your own diligence before investing.
A starting point for diligence
Franchise Evidence provides general information, not financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. It is not an offer to sell a franchise or a recommendation to buy one. Scores describe specific disclosed characteristics; they do not predict whether an investment will suit you or succeed.
Read the evidence with the number
FDDs are prepared by franchisors and can contain errors or become outdated. Our AI-assisted extraction and independent machine checks can also miss errors; profiles have not been reviewed line by line by a person. Check material figures against the current source.
Sales are not profit. An Item 19 average describes its stated population and period, which may exclude new, closed or non-reporting outlets. Different brands’ figures may not be directly comparable.
Model estimates are illustrations, not forecasts. They combine disclosed inputs with stated assumptions, including editable cost placeholders. They may omit costs the FDD does not quantify. Your results can fall outside every scenario shown. Methodology explains evidence labels, formulas and limitations.
Before you sign or pay
Obtain the current FDD directly from the franchisor, read the agreement and disclosures, speak with current and former franchisees, and investigate your location, financing and operating costs. Have a qualified franchise attorney and accountant review the documents and your assumptions.
