Corrections

To report an error, include:

1. The page URL and specific figure, citation or sentence.
2. The correction you propose.
3. The supporting primary source: FDD year, Item and PDF page, or a public registry link.

Reports are checked against the source and relevant calculations, using the verification process. A disagreement with a ranking is reviewed against its published formula. Franchisors and readers use the same process; accurate information is not removed because it is unfavorable.

Confirmed errors are corrected in the shared data or text so affected profiles, tools and rankings remain consistent. Material corrections may be logged with the old and new values, source and date; correspondent details are not needed in that record. Newer filings and useful, documented context are also welcome.

We review reports as capacity allows; complex source questions can take longer. There is no guaranteed response deadline. Please avoid sending confidential personal information. Privacy and retention explains how correspondence is handled.

Finding an FDD

Source links on each profile point to public state registries. We do not host, email or redistribute FDD PDFs. Before investing, obtain the current FDD directly from the franchisor; a registry copy may be older. Our FDD guide explains what to read next.
